• 1. What is the difference between janitorial and office cleaning?

  Janitorial is an ongoing program for a whole building or facility: the same crew on a set schedule, lobbies, hallways and restrooms, supplies managed for you and regular supervisor inspections. Office cleaning can cover a single suite on a lighter schedule.

• 2. Can you manage restroom supplies for us?

  Yes. We can keep paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and trash liners stocked and let you know when supplies run low, so restrooms are always ready.

• 3. Do you help with hurricane prep and cleanup?

  Yes. Before a storm, we clear entries and walkways and secure cleaning supplies and loose items. After it passes, once access is safe, we remove debris, dry what we can and disinfect. Timing depends on conditions after each storm, so we don't guarantee turnaround times.
