1. Information we collect

When you request a quote, book a cleaning or contact us, we collect the information you give us: name, email, phone number, service address, ZIP code, details about your home, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add.

We also collect basic technical data such as the page you came from, campaign parameters (UTM) and a one-way hashed version of your IP address to prevent spam. We do not store your raw IP address.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and confirm your cleaning, send reminders and updates, provide customer support, improve our services and prevent fraud.

We store your request in our secure database and in internal spreadsheets that only our team can access.

3. Forms you don't finish

Our booking form asks for your contact details first. When you press Continue on that step, we save your name, email, phone and company so we can follow up on your request, even if you don't finish the form. The rest of the form is saved only when you send it.

If you'd rather we don't contact you, reply to our message or contact us and we'll delete those details.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box, VMA Cleaning Services will send you text messages about your request: confirmations, reminders and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Sharing your information

We keep your information to ourselves. We never sell, rent or share it with other companies for their own use or marketing.

The only ones who handle it are the providers that run our systems for us (website hosting, database, email and text message delivery), only to provide our service and under agreements that require them to protect it, or authorities when the law requires it.

6. Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect it.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or stop receiving messages, by contacting us. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Optional analytics run only if you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
