Staffing, supervision, supplies and communication: what to check so you hire a partner, not a problem.
Your cleaning company works inside your business, often after hours and unsupervised. These questions help you compare proposals with confidence:
- Who will be in our space, and how are they hired and trained?
- What happens if something gets damaged or goes missing?
- Will the same crew clean our space every visit?
- Who supervises the work, and how often do you inspect?
- Do you provide a written scope of work and checklists?
- Which products do you use, and are they safe for our space?
- How do we report an issue, and how fast do you respond?
Ask for a walkthrough
A serious company will want to see your space before quoting. A walkthrough is also the best moment to agree on priorities, access, alarm codes and the best time to clean.
